FRESHWATER: Try fishing Harris Chain for bass. Make sure the launch site you use is open and operable. There are many closures due to high water levels. Bass should be active in shallow waters and near structure. Use spinnerbaits, topwater lures and trick worms. The best places will be in moving waters.
