What Is The Best Lure To Catch Trout On Right Now?

i live in south eastern PA and don’t know to much about trout fishing. I have been using spinners but havnt had any luck at all. what would you recommend, whether it be powerbait, spinners, or anything, and what colors should they be

    Slowly fishing a 1/8 oz. white Rooster Tail will produce right now.

    Well it should still be fairly cold in PA, so I would guess the trout are in the top 10feet of the water column, making in-line spinners like panther martins a god choice. three basic colors whould be chrome, gold, and yellow/black.
    other choices are kastmasters in chrome or chrome/ blue.
    If you have a boat and decide to troll needlefish are a great lure behind flashers.
    Bait fishing worm and bobber or green powereggs are good on very small treble hooks.
